Registration for the social events is closed! 

• Registration for the social events closes at June 16th at midnight. Due to arrangements with the caterers, it will not be possible to buy tickets for the social events during the conference.
• After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link. Your registration is only completed after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation email with payment details, please check your spam folder or contact us.
• You can register for either one of the social events or both of them simultaneously. In case you only register for one initially, you are welcome to register for the second event later on.
• Refund policies: In case of cancellation before May 16th an administration fee of 40% will be charged (meaning that 60% will be refunded). From May 16th onwards no refunds will be made. A transfer of registration to a colleague is not possible. A cancellation has to be done by sending an email to sig5_2022@uu.nl.

Registration fees include:

• Boat trip (€20): 1.5 hour tour through the canals of Utrecht with a tour guide. Some snacks (not a full meal) and drinks are provided during the trip.
• Conference dinner (€55): full dinner in the city centre with a variety of served dishes and some drinks.
