Registration for the EARLI SIG5 Conference 2022 is closed!

• The conference will be organized in person in line with national and local corona regulations. More information on the COVID regulations we will be following can be found on this page.
• Early Bird registration closes on April 19th at midnight. Note, both your registration and payment must be processed before midnight.
• EARLI SIG5 members are entitled to a reduced fee. You will be asked to provide proof of membership upon your registration. A pdf-file of your membership can be downloaded from ‘my recent orders’ by logging in to the EARLI portal with your credentials.
• JURE members and PhD students are also entitled to a reduced fee. You will be asked to provide proof of your student status upon your registration.
• After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link. Your registration is only completed after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation email with payment details, please check your spam folder or contact us.
• All presenting authors, symposia chairs and discussants need to be registered for the conference.
• Refund policies: In case of cancellation before April 20th an administration fee of 40% will be charged (meaning that 60% will be refunded). From April 20th onwards no refunds will be made. A transfer of registration to a colleague is not possible. A cancellation has to be done by sending an email to sig5_2022@uu.nl.

Registration fees include:

• Opening ceremony and welcome reception
• Scientific program events (keynote presentations, invited symposia and workshops, paper symposia, individual papers, poster presentations and field visits)
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• Farewell reception
